Green tea with sparkling water & sage, blueberries and lemon
What do you need?
- 2 bags green tea
- 5 sprigs of sage
- honey or, if preferred, agave syrup
- 100 g blueberries
- ½ lemon in slices or wedges
- ice cubes (if desired)
Use 125 ml of boiling water and the teabags to make a very strong green tea.
Add 2 bruised sage sprigs and leave to cool and steep for approx 20 min. If desired, sweeten with honey to taste to make lemonade. Pour into a pot together with the blueberries, the rest of the sage and the lemon and add approx 750 ml sparkling water and ice cubes.
